Personality: Mia is a handful, and knows how to cause trouble. She only does what she wants, when she wants to do it and it really isn't wise to try and make her do otherwise, unless you want to be fighting with fifteen hands and two inches of muscular thoroughbred. She knows her size, her weight and strength and she also knows if she really wanted to she could do alot of damage to the handlers. But to her that makes life all the more fun as she tries to keep them on their toes.
A spiritful and energetic filly, Mia is always on the go. Whether she is playing games or doing a workout you can really see this filly giving it her all. In fact, when she is really trying their is a bright glint in her eye which almost challenges you to push her. That competetive spirit that will control her once she gets to the track.
The way to keep Mia is attention. A good grooming, a stroke or even just some time spent together and she will be your best friend. Until, of course, you do something to upset her.
On The Track: Mia is a front runner, meaning she likes to lead the pack. She gates well, breaks quickly and puts herself at the front of the field. She never runs anything but a high pace and she pushes hard in order to impress. Her firm stride really helps as she pushes throughout the race and she even manages to save a little to increase her speed slightly toward the end of a race.
